The purpose of this site is to provide current and prospective residents with a resource for information about the Tequesta Trace Community and to connect us as concerned residents and homeowners.
Tequesta Trace residents are of all ages and come from many walks of life. We have a vast knowledge base, numerous resources, interests and diverse perspectives and opinions. Resident and non-resident owners alike have a common interest in their property values and the stability of their investment. As neighbors living in a close-knit community, we are all charged with the task of getting along. The intent of this web site is to facilitate that task by providing a means of communication and sharing of resources to make this a better and happier place to live.
Security Surveillance
for your Safety and Protection
For our new and prospective residents, you should know
that Tequesta Trace employs local off-duty police to survey the complex in
random 4-hour shifts. They watch for suspicious activity, parking
violations, and other rule violations that can affect the safety and
security of our residents and their property. They also take the time
to cruise through often while on duty as well. We are grateful for
their presence and interest in our community.
